How do I receive leads?
When a homeowner in your service area requests a quote for your trade, you receive an instant email notification with their full contact info, project description, and timeline. You can also view all your leads in your contractor dashboard.
Can I pause lead delivery?
Yes. You can pause and resume lead delivery at any time from your contractor dashboard. When paused, you won't receive any new leads or be charged. There are no penalties for pausing.
What if a lead is bad?
We stand behind lead quality. If you receive a lead with invalid contact information, a duplicate lead, or a lead outside your service area, you can dispute it within 24 hours and receive a credit toward future leads.
How do I claim my profile?
If you hold a valid DOPL license in Utah, your profile may already be in our directory. Visit the registration page, enter your license number and email, and claim your existing profile. You can then add your contact info, services, photos, and service areas.
